Reality fell far short of advertising and expectations.

This was a wonderful tour on the AmaKristina. The food, shoreside tours, crew- everything- was superlative. The ship was sparkling clean and cabins were cleaned daily.

I can't think of a better way to enjoy the gorgeous little towns of the Burgundy and Provence area. Our Uniworld ship the SS Catherine was superb. We walked into the stunning entry foyer on day 1 and straight away we could see we were in for something special. This feeling continued throughout, with our extremely comfortable cabins and the lovely lounges and relaxation areas. The food was outstanding, with a huge array of choice. There were always some wonderful local options, plus there was also a healthy eating menu so you didn't have to feel that you were always over-indulging. We loved the itinerary with so much to do and so many tour options. My particular favourites were Viviers where our tour guide Francis was incredible and brought the town alive for us, the Olive Farm and Truffle Farm and of course all the opportunities for wine tasting as well. Staff and crew on board were always friendly, professional and attentive, making this truly a trip we'll remember for a long time.

The most beautiful ship! I was just taken away with the beauty of the ship which looked like the destination itself. The ship has a swimming pool, two lounges, gorgeous cabins etc. Just wonderful. The itinerary was really wonderful and we loved seeing the beautiful cities along the Rhone River. Avignon is just a beautiful city with lots of shopping, restaurants, history of the Pope's Palace. I would do this itinerary again!

The river cruise on Avalon was excellent in every way. Included tours were great, guides were knowledgeable and interesting. Hotels were top-notch. No complaints about anything connected with Avalon.

All went as well as we had hoped for.

We had a fantastic time on our Danube bike tour in Austria by bike and boat. The route was varied and the scenery was breathtaking. The guides were very knowledgeable and told us interesting facts about the region.

The bike trails were well maintained and the guides were very helpful. The accommodations on the boat were very comfortable and the food was delicious. I can recommend this trip to anyone who enjoys cycling and discovering the beauty of France.
