I had a different guide in Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia which made sense because they hire locals. The groups were quite small and the accommodation was better than I was expecting. All the guides were super helpful. I wish more activities and food were included in the cost of the tour however these countries were relatively cheap if you played your cards right. Would recommend if you want to get a good idea of these countries so you can go back! It’s best to pack clothes that are light weight but appropriate for temples as you will visit A LOT of temples. Bring a bag you are comfortable carrying on your back as this is needed at times and be open to what the group want to do! Had a blast feeding elephants, visiting the white temple, eating as many Bahn Mi’s as possible, crossing the Mekong River and seeing the sun rise over Angkor Wat.
- by Aileen TukalaAmazing experience. Great itinerary put together by our guide / Intrepid, beautiful country sights all throughout Vietnam, fun group activities and everything you could really want out of a trip. Our tour guide Tuyet was a very lovely and easy to get along with host, and i had a blast all-throughout the whole trip. Could highly recommend to another :)

I wish some time was given to shop with the locals on the tours. I also wished a group tour should have been included in Thailand

This is honestly such a good beginner friendly tour, everything is handled for you and there is no stress at all. I honestly couldn't not recommend it enough, and have already booked onto another tour!

My son and myself enjoyed the tour. I enjoyed all of the activities except I really didn't enjoy the visit to the pearl farm. The pick ups were prompt and comfortable. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Hotels on the whole were fine.
- by Jackie GreenwoodWonderful tour. We only had 9 in our group and everyone got along beautifully. All the guides were very knowledgeable, they spoke pretty good English. We received a text message the day before informing us of our pick up time and activity for that day. Great communication through a group what’s app. We opted for the 3 star experience. Although the hotels were not fancy, they were clean and in great positions. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see as much of Vietnam as possible.

We could not of enjoyed our tour any more. Everything was fantastic, from the tour guides,to the hotels to the tours themselves. Everything was seamless.we also met some amazing people on the tour with us which was also fantastic. Thank you so much to Danny, and also every tour guide we met along the way.
- by Rebecca HutchinsonTony Bui, I give you 5 stars. Excellent customer service! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, but the viewing of Ho Chi Minh was uncomfortable. Water was taken off us, despite the incredible humidity. The officials treated us like children, and kept gesturing that our queue wasn’t straight enough, and we walked too fast. I am putting it down as part of the experiment, but it was uncomfortable. Our Hanoi city guide spoke very good English, but was very repetitive and incredibly ‘shouty’ and spoke non stop, demanding our constant attention. At one point I realised I was missing out on some very worthy sights, and started looking out the window, sharing sights with my husband, but it was difficult to communicate, because of the incessant shouting from the guide. We are very pleased we joined this tour. Danny, 5 stars to you as well. I have recommended the company to friends who will be travelling to Vietnam next year.

Excellent. We enjoyed the tour very much.
- by Shelley BrownWonderful ship and staff. Excellent ground accommodations in Siam Reap and Hi Chi Min City. Highly recommend the additional time in Halong Bay. The tour provided wonderful insights into Vietnam and Cambodia. The tour guides were very helpful but the quality of the 4 guides were not consistent.

I haven't been on a trip in quite a while, and this was truly a wonderful experience. It was amazing to see the magnificent temples and pagodas in Cambodia and Thailand. The breathtaking views of Ha Long Bay and Tam Coc also left a lasting impression on me. But what I remember most is the experience of cooking with Mrs. Chin in Moc Village Ba Vi. The warmth and friendliness of the people here made me feel at home.
- by Dulce GustavoMy agent Edna was super helpful. This is our first time using TourRadar. We weren’t sure what to expect. Edna guided us every step of the way. We enjoyed Vietnam very much Edna was part of the reasons. The tour covered most of the highlights of Vietnam although there are still more to see. We have concluded TourRadar our preferred way to travel.

Fantastic tour :) we were so safe the whole time and the bikes were excellent. No one was ever left behind and the food stops were all amazing! (I still dream about some of the noodle stops)! I will be doing a tour next year for sure! Highly recommend this company to anyone! I wasn’t sure how I’d go on a bike tour but it’s such an amazing way to see the country. You make amazing friends as you ride up mountains together. 10/10 would do again!
- by Alexandra SweeneyA true whistlestop tour of Vietnam. Great to experience the cities but enjoyed the stops outside of Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City more so. It all went pretty smoothly and nice 3/4* hotels for the most part. Highlights for us were Halong Bay, the optional countryside cycling trip near Hoi An and the homestay in the Mekong Delta - so welcoming. It was cold on the overnight train with the air con, have your layers ready. Explore were a good provider to go with, they offer different routes in Vietnam - we crossed over with different groups at points. Also most of our group went onto do the Cambodia extension tour. Our guide Long was excellent, at the inital briefing they said their main focuses were safety and flexibility and were true to their word. He made everyone feel at ease, booked some great places for group meals at good rates especially the hot pot and took good care of the groups tips kitty. As ever on a group trip there are some places you visit you would like more/less free time. The overnight stay close in Ha Long bay the night before the day cruise - there isn't a lot to do there, could have gone from Hanoi for the day or spent more time in Hanoi before travelling there. Free time in Hue could be the afternoon of the first day you arrive rather than the next day after the overnight train. The Perfumer River Cruise was a little underwhelming, moreso because it was cloudy and we were all tired from the train. This trip could end with the secret bunker/final meal in Saigon and be as effective. The tunnels were interesting but a lot of travel and loud with gun fire from the shooting range and very busy.

Attended by Hannah from Up Travel. We booked at last minute but she managed to plan the tour itinerary well for us. She is helpful and detailed. constantly update us the tour plan and info for the following day tour. We had an enjoyable trip to vietnam . I will definitely recommend for this TA to my friends . Thank you Hannah and Up travel.
- by Myomyo HlaA pretty nice tour and worth to try. Although it was a bit hot and humid when I traveled in Vietnam, the food and the sceneries compensated for it. I have to say Vietnam has the most delicious food among the places Ive traveled to. Beside the good meals that were included in the tour, we had a chance to discover and tried other Viet food too because we had quite a lot of free time on own. We could go and explore some beautiful spots in Vietnam and was taken care of our passionate tour guide but we could also discover the country by ourselves on the days we had flight. it was perfect for people like me who dont wanna miss any beautiful attractions and still have time for my own. Nice trip!

Overall this was a very good tour with great guides however the reason I didn’t give them 5 starts are the following: - It happened once that the agents and guides weren’t coordinated enough and instead of coming to pick me up around 14:30 he was ready at 13:00 and I wasn’t so I ended up missing an activity and had to meet them later - Intense rhythm especially on the last few days, you visit 5/6 different things in Hue the whole day then fly to Ho Chi Minh at night, arrive there at 23:00 and your next tour starts at 7:45 the next morning so it can get quite tiring - last but not least and this is very personal but I couldn’t finish the war remnant museum as it was too hard to look at photos and I’m quite sensitive too so maybe it wouldn’t be for everyone too Otherwise great selection of hotels, comfortable and safe transfers so I would still recommend!
- by Anastassia ZashcherinskayaThe agency is very good and the agent who attended me was 10. Attention by WhatsApp at all times. Very very good. The tour I think is improvable, but like everything, it depends on the taste of each one...there are excursions that I would have changed for others...for example instead of the Mekong delta, I would go to see the Cuchi tunnels, or a circuit to both sites on the same day, which is offered in Saigon for free if you want....and maybe I would have chosen to visit Sapa and do a trekking...then a visit of a few hours to Halong instead of the cruise, and flight from the airport near Halong to Danang that same afternoon...but this is my opinion after knowing the area and talking with other travelers. Very good experience!
