• Roundwood to Laragh - A short, steep walk along a country road is followed by a mountain section. Get ready to see amazing vistas of Glendalough Valley as you descend into the Glenmacnass Valley. 
• Glendalough Monastic Site & Spink Loop Walk - This spectacular site features a round tower and several churches. From the monastic site, walk to the upper lake and onward to the miner's village.  The walk goes along a mountain ridge with fantastic views of the glaciated valley and monastic site.
• Laragh to Glenmalure - Go higher up the mountain until you reach a boggy saddle between Mullacor and Lugduff. Ireland's longest valley lies below looking as picturesque as a postcard. 
• Glenmalure to Moyne - First ascent to the top of Slieve Maan then pass the Iron Bridge before the last big climb to Ballyteige.

• Killarney to Black Valley - The trail winds through the Black Valley, a truly wild and isolated area known for its outstanding natural beauty. Be sure to stop at Muckross House and Torc Waterfall along the way.
• Black Valley to Glencar - From the Black Valley, the trail travels south of the MacGillicuddy Reeks through Lough Acoose and finishes in Glencar.
• Glencar to Glenbeigh - Follow the Caragh River and then through Lickeen Forest to finish in Glenbeigh, known as "The Jewel in the Ring of Kerry", hidden away in the surrounding Seefin Mountains.
