We understand how frustrating it can be when unforeseen circumstances, such as weather-related changes, disrupt your plans. Our policy requires that refund requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. This policy is in place to help us manage logistics and maintain the quality of our tours. In your case, the cancellation was requested less than 24 hours before the tour, which is why we were unable to process a refund. That said, we always strive to offer alternative solutions when such situations arise. In your case, we provided options to reschedule the tour up to three years in advance or to join another tour at a different location. While our policy is strict to ensure the best experience for all our customers, our support team is always here to assist and find suitable alternatives whenever possible. We also recommend all our guests to have travel insurance or use a credit card with travel insurance included to protect against unexpected changes like these.
