However, due to the circumstances, our options were constrained. To compensate for any inconvenience, we went the extra mile by offering a complimentary gala dinner on New Year's Eve, which wasn't initially included in your package. We always aim to enhance our guests' experiences, and your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to improve our services. However if we do so then guest don't come out on time and some guest don't want to stay or wait for long due to which we keep it short and we recommend to visit such places at leisure time because it will allow guest to explore and do some shopping as well. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding your stay at the Concord Palace Hotel Dubai. While we provided you with a selection of five hotel options, we understand that the one you selected did not meet your expectations, which was unfortunate. Your feedback regarding the noise level, traffic, and insect issues will be promptly addressed with the hotel management to ensure necessary improvements are implemented. Furthermore, we have decided to permanently remove this hotel from our list of accommodations and replace it with other available options for future bookings.
