Hot Air Balloon Timing We informed you of the hot air balloon timing well in advance (12 hours before the scheduled time). This activity is dependent on weather conditions, and its timing is determined by the meteorological authorities to ensure safety. Unfortunately, this means we cannot adjust the schedule to individual preferences. Additionally, our driver arrived at your hotel at the scheduled time 6am to pick you up for the activity. However, we understand that after attending New Year’s Eve celebrations and going to sleep late, you were not ready to participate in the activity. 2. Driver and Guide Service Regarding the driver, we would like to clarify that the driver who accompanied you throughout the tour speaks and writes English very well. You were also in contact with him via WhatsApp during the trip, which confirms his proficiency in the language. He has been working with us for more than two years and is known for his professionalism and dedication to our clients. If there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding, we sincerely apologize and will ensure this feedback is reviewed internally. 3. Fez Guided Tour We apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding your preferences in Fez. If the arrangements did not align with your expectations, we will use this feedback to improve our communication with clients and better organize future tours. 4. Sandboarding in the Desert Sandboarding is an optional activity, and sandboards are readily available in the camp at no extra cost. Any traveler interested in this activity can freely enjoy it during their stay in the desert.
