He is very kind, speaks very good English and was able to respond to all our question and helped us to get ahead of some moroccon habits. For us, it was possible to organize the trip as we wanted, he completely let us decide when and where. The trip itself was amazing. It is a lot of driving but as we were just passengers, we could relax and enjoy thanks to Ismails great driving skills. The Dades Valley, the camel ride and quad tour in the desert and the luxury camp, Fes and Chefchaouen were our personal highlights. Also the guide in Fes explained a lot and was very likeable. Overall, we had a great trip which we will never forget and was even improved by the kindness of the driver. There was a lot of driving involved too, as we went into the desert and then up to Fez. He always remained very alert and we felt very safe. Fes.we love stay in The Riad. IFRANE .rock Lion is a quiet and clean .If allow to stay a night instead just have a tea break is not enough . We proposed 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1 night in Merzouga . Desert tent is the right choise .beautiful Golden sand dune of evening and morning camels ride. - NBNicole· January 22nd, 2024There were a couple things that really upset us about this trip. First, the itinerary is very broad. No times, no hotel names, and not really specific. It said things were included that weren't...we paid extra for 3 different things that were listed as included. Our driver (nice guy) but could barley speak English and had a very hard time understanding us and then on the other hand we didn't get a lot of our questions answered because he couldn't understand. Some times we were just dropped back off at the hotel at 3 with no description of what we were doing. We didn't follow the entire itinerary... when we asked about it we were told "there's nothing there anyways." - Thu· November 23rd, 2023My cousins and I enjoyed elements of this tour although overall we would not recommend such an intensive itinerary conducted over 7 days. There were a couple of exhausting days of up to 9 hours of driving, which were made even more uncomfortable by our van not having functioning A/C. Thankfully this was fixed halfway through the tour in Fes after we raised the issue to the tour operator. Some highlights of our trip included the spectacular sunset in Merzouga, exploring the gorgeous blue city of Chefchoeun and the quaint town of Ifrane. The hotels ranged in quality from two to four stars, with basic amenities provided. We stayed at Riad Gabsi in Dades, luxury camp in Merzouga, Riad Jeanne in Fes (two nights), hotel Molino Garden in Chefchaouen and Oum Palace in Casablanca - all adequate accommodation, if not luxurious. Be mindful that there is no tour guide on the trip except for one day in Fes, so we felt deprived of the historical (or any) context around most of the sightseeing spots we were taken to - we ended up needing to do some Googling to glean as much information as we could on the itinerary the night before. Our driver Ayoub was wonderful - a safe and excellent driver who made sure we stayed on schedule, and was friendly and courteous throughout our trip. We grew quite attached to him by the end of trip as friends and wish him all the best! More communication from the tour operator would have been appreciated prior to the tour and the lack of communication caused some unnecessary stress. The riads and desert camp were stunning and the moroccan food delicious!! Karim customized the tour to our wishes and we enjoyed traveling through Morocco with him. He is a safe driver and has a lot of knowledge about the country, A highlight were the days in the desert and we could not imagine a better guide than Karim as a local person from the desert. He taught us about life in the Sahara, invited us to tea with his family, took us to local markets and hidden carpet stores. Thank you, karim for the great tour. Tour wasn’t private, there were other people with us, that we found out about day of the trip. Also our tour guide, was really just a driver. He spoke almost zero English, even though it was advertised that guides spoke English, and would pull over on the side of the road to have us take pictures without any basic information.
