Thanks very much to Morocco Travel for a great experience, and special thanks to our guide Omar who enthusiastically shared his considerable knowledge, experience, information and insights about his country. We learned so much about the history and cultures within Morocco, particularly the indigenous Berber culture. We absolutely loved the Berber music that Omar shared with us during some of the longer drives between locations. Thanks also to all the other local guides who were so gracious and helpful, particularly Hassan in Fez, and Barack at Palmyra Luxury Camp in the Sahara. Our Riad accommodation throughout the trip was excellent and staff were really helpful and hospitable. Most of all, we so enjoyed our interactions and encounters with various local people in different locations who were so warm and friendly to chat with. We would definitely recommend Morocco Travel Agency as they are a local and indigenous Berber family company who can offer an authentic travel experience.Show more

The accommodations were great and we had tours each day and learned about the country, culture and history. Our driver was excellent and we grew to value our relationship with him. We travelled to the cities and saw crafts and art and Mosques and wonderful sights. Loved the small, winding streets, and tours about life in the Medina and saw the wares of merchants. We traveled to the desert and saw the sun rise and set on the dunes. Slept in a tent and rode camels. Had a great meal. We traveled thru the mountains and saw farms of olive trees and argon nuts that make the oil. There is so much more but I will leave it up to travelers to discover. They did an exceptional job tailoring an itinerary to our interest and timelines, even rearranging things on the fly based on how each day progressed. They were extremely responsive, friendly and professional. During our travels between cities/locations the private vehicle was comfortable, air conditioned and safe. On top of this, our guide, Amar, went above and beyond to answer all the questions we had and provided us with lots of insight into Moroccan life and culture. It was perfectly organized, the hotels they arranged were beautiful and super comfortable. We are vegetarians, and we didn't have any problems with the food either (except one lunch place). Omar, as a guide was really great, we ended up being friends and having a great time! The stay in the Sahara desert (Palmyra camp) was out of this world.
