Nicolaas Antoine· October 13th, 2024We‘ve never had such a luxurious trip, everything was taken care of, we could just sit and enjoy. Our driver was stellar, friendly and a good conversation partner. Morocco is such a beautiful place with friendly people, everywhere we went was a new adventure. I have one blemish on the trip though: our guide in the Medina in Fez took us to a herbologist that turned out to be a plain scam. Not all of the shops we visited with him were, just this on in particular, charging 8 to 10 times sane prices. I know I am also to blame for my mistake of buying, but I would have rather not been taken there.Show more

The sights and itinerary were well-planned. We really appreciated that we were able to see so much of Morocco in a short time, from mountains, to dessert, to the “Alps of Morocco”, to the Mediterranean coast to ancient medinas. However, the tour was advertised to have two local guides, but we only had one throughout the trip. That being said, the guide we had in Fez was incredible. Zahra was knowledgeable and friendly, and the group had a good time. She made Fez a highlight for us. One thing to keep in mind is that this tour is very "go go go”. If you’re looking for a more leisurely pace, this might not be the right fit. The schedule is quite packed, so be prepared for a busy experience. Also, it's worth noting that the driver on the tour is just a driver and not a guide, which can be important to know if you're expecting additional commentary or insights during the drives. Having said that, our driver Jamal was amazing and went above and beyond taking care of us!! That aside, everything ran smoothly, and we enjoyed the journey. The diverse landscapes from deserts to green pastures to snowcapped mountains was very picturesque, If we had one complaint it would be how little down time there was. Every location was unique and provided great examples of Morocco’s diverse landscapes. people, and ways of life. The only negative thing to mention would be the pace that was necessary in order to take everything in. but this was an adventure and not a leisure trip.
