Your itinerary was customized and a traditional naming ceremony was added. When you look at this itinerary you booked now there is no traditional naming ceremony that means your itinerary was customized as discussed. Two hotel mentioned in the package was the same hotel had. All breakfast was provided but the fact you were asked by a waiter for payment of breakfast is nothing. The Guide paid all for you. You never paid for any breakfast! Norma Hamilton has a review on the same tour and was 1 of the 3 people in the group has given this tour a 5* reviews and the person too has given a 5*. I understand everybody have the views of things. We will improve ourselves as a tour operating company to serve all people well that book with us.
