- New Tour of Sicily from Palermo 10 Days
Most of our 10 day tour of Sicily was fine. Unfortunately my daughter's accommodation in Catania was not provided as requested and paid for, even though we were informed that it was. This caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. I have requested a refund for my daughter but, even though I was told that my daughter would be given a refund, I was told that they need to have some information confirmed first. The first two guides were great - Antonella and Rita and also our driver Pino.Unfortunately though, the last guide Maria Grazia, could've made more effort by providing information while we were all on the bus heading to our destinations. The first 2 guides gave us information about buildings, castles and other landmarks on the ride. Instead, it was a quiet and boring ride to Erice and Segesta. We would suggest to visit the Turkish Steps instead of the Salt Pans, especially because they're not too far away from each other. All hotel accommodation was good as well as breakfasts. Hotel staff also good.

Continued.. Besides both Carla and Emilios own knowlege and history of each place they had Profesional guides to take you around to the other places. Nice to be in a private car. Great food like I said before. Emilio really takes care and you can see the passion in every dish he makes. Very well put together tour. Loved my stay at the farmhouse learning about the olive trees. Overall a Wonderful experience during my week in brindisi. Will visit again! Crystal
