We are sorry for the little errors that have slipped into our documentation. we are changing our back-office system, and we are still in the process of implementing, hence the small errors in the documentation. Please be assured that all necessary arrangements have been made. We are disappointed that you made such a poor assessment of the tour due to 2 typos that were later corrected in the documentation. The route is a very good product, your guides are very well reviewed, and the hotels are generally rated from very good to excellent (Hotel in Bucharest - 9/10, Hotel in Sibiu 8.8/10, Hotel in Brasov 8.3/10, Hotel in Sighetul Marmatiei 9/10, Hotel in Cluj Napoca 9.2/10).
