View in EnglishReiseunterlagen waren teilweise auf eine Bus-Gruppenreise abgestimmt, jedoch nicht auf eine Individualreise mit Mietwagen. Die benötigten Voucher wurden erst auf Nachfrage zugesandt. Der Tag in Kronstadt, an dem uns ein Reiseführer zugeteilt war, wurde zum falschen Datum angegeben. Es erfolgte eine 2-malige Reklamation durch uns, da nach der 1. Reklamation wieder das falsche Datum erschien. Die Übernachtung in Hermannstadt betrug 2 Nächte, angegeben war jedoch nur 1 Nacht. Im großen und ganzen erfolgte ein schlampiger Umgang mit den Reiseunterlagen. Der komplette Preis war überhöht, weil nicht das Preisniveau des Gastlandes berücksichtigt wurdeShow more
