- RDRichard· April 2nd, 2019Everything was so well organised. We were met as arranged, and the representatives were very nice and helpful. The tour of the Golden Temple was amazing, and you can go back later in your free time. The food preparation and serving of 5,000 meals per hour has to be seen to be believed. Even more amazing is that all of the 500 people working there are volunteers. It's free to get in again. The Wagah Border ceremony is very entertaining and not to be missed. As you exit the Jalianwala Bagh Memorial (only 100 metres from the Golden Temple), there is a lot of information on the two walls that you can read later when you return to the Golden Temple. Again, there is no entry charge. In summary, it's an ideal short tour of Amitsar, and I would definitely recommend it.Show more

The train on the 3rd day could have been scheduled for a later time to allow free time in the city. The drivers were friendly and helpful and the train trips were comfortable. My tour guide, Sahil, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sahil was also very flexible and was happy to arrange things around what I wanted to do. The accommodation was also very nice and within walking distance to the Golden Temple.
