- JSJenalee· June 14th, 2023Overall the tour was really great. A highlight for us was definitely our time with Federico, Lorenzo, and Jaq. We misunderstood the layout of the tour and had anticipated that we would be with a group and a dedicated guide for the duration of the tour and this was not the case. We were largely responsible for commuting ourselves to and from each destination between tours, which was not ideal. We also spent a large portion of our time on trains going to and from destinations starting north, moving south, and then back north which seemed unproductive. On day 2 of our tour, our guide did not show up at the scheduled location. When I reached out to the organization upon our return home to dispute this, I did not receive a response. Overall we were very thankful for the expertise of the guides that we did have who went above and beyond to offer their assistance to us, even after hours when it was not required of them. They were charismatic and so much fun to be around. They continuously checked in to ensure we would get the most out of our experience. The disorganization of the company was not reflective at all of their efforts and professionalism.
