- MBMarco· September 20th, 2022The tour was very good and met the expectations. Some points, however, can be improved: 1. when moving from Isabela to Santa Cruz, the coffee break should be offered upon arrival in Santa Cruz, as the one offered by the hostel in Isabela was insufficient; 2. the tour to the flamingos lagoon could have been done together with the visitation to the research center in the morning, due their proximity; 3. the guide service on the tour (snorkeling) near Puerto Ayora was not good. It seems that she was more interested in taking her own photos with the turtles than to give support to the tourists.Show moreRebecca Adventure Travel commented on this reviewDear Marco, Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us, this helps us to improve our service. We will ask our tour supplier to change the guides that are not working according to the standard we work with. Best regards, KarinaTrip date: September 2022
- MGMarianne· October 1st, 2019The tour isn’t really a ‘tour’ in the classic sense. It is more a coordinator of individual tours. I am not sure if the cost was worth the level of ‘coordination.Trip date: September 2019
- AAAshley· March 1st, 2019We loved this tour! Having everything booked for us in advance and guides at each stop was a wonderful way to experience this trip. Everyday we had a new daily guide who knew their stuff and made the trip go that extra step. We loved the balance between the hiking and snorkeling and that we got to do those adventures on multiple islands, not just one spot. For travelers who want to experience a nice variety of what a location, this was perfect! Thank you Rebecca Adventure Travels for helping this beginner travel couple have a wonderful Honeymoon in their #1 bucket list travel location! We will definitely look you up again for our next big adventure!Show moreTrip date: February 2019
- PDPret· April 14th, 2018The entire trip flowed like clockwork! There are so many transportation needs and transfer points throughout the whole vacation, and all we had to do was to show up and follow directions. We didn't have to make any decisions on the spot about what to do next, or how to arrange it, or where to get a meal. The sequence of activities was very well thought-out, with the more strenuous piece in the morning for cooler temperatures, and swimming during the hot afternoons. We saw so much wildlife! Every single guide was amazing, knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. We're an older couple, and they graciously allowed that we might walk a little slower, or rest a couple more times than the younger participants, which was so nice. Meals were well-prepared, and mostly had some variety from day to day, and the presentation of meals was way beyond what I expected.Show moreTrip date: March 2018
- PPretDiffie· April 4th, 2018We had several guides. They were all excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful!! Everything was arranged like clockwork. The couple of VERY minor hiccups were resolved in 10-15 min. The itinerary was well thought-out, with more challenging activities in the cooler morning and perhaps water activities in the afternoon. And towards the end of our 7 day tour, as we were becoming weary, we had easier activities with shorter walks. Our rooms were clean enough, though not luxury. But we didn’t purchase a luxury level tour so we were more than satisfied. The meals were surprisingly beautiful and delicious, with mostly fresh ingredients. All in all we are delighted with the overall tour.Show moreRebecca Adventure Travel commented on this reviewOn behalf of the operational team of Rebecca Adventure Travel in Quito: Thanks for this nice and very useful review!Trip date: March 2018
- MTMARY· February 28th, 2018We had a lot of fun in the Galapagos on the Rebecca Adventure tour. This was different from tour groups in the past since one just follows the itinerary purchased and not necessarily in a big group. For example, the first three days of our 7 day tour overlapped with the 9 day tour, then on day 4 we traveled to a different island while the 9 dayers had one more day on Isabela. It felt like our private tour with others joining us for each excursion. The coordinators for each island were each top notch and met with us each evening to let us know what to expect the next day. Day guides and transportation were always on time. A no worry, no hassle vacation.Show moreTrip date: February 2018
