I would say that overall, the tour was very nice. However, I did feel let down twice. The first time our morning contact/escort showed up at our hotel without a taxi transportation. We walked about halfway to the pier before secured a taxi for us. We nearly missed our tour. Then our contact/escort to the inter-island ferry didn’t show up at all. Once we realized the escort was not coming, we secured our own taxi. We nearly missed the ferry. We were the last two passengers on board. This means we got the worst two seats on the boat. That may not seem like a big deal, but the waters were extremely rough, and by the end of the trip, I felt like I went 15 rounds with Muhammad Ali. I was exhausted. During that time, I tried to communicate with Rebecca tours, but heard nothing back. When we arrived on Isabella Island, I reached out again to expressed my disappointment and anger. They didn’t seem to care much. I decided to purchase an airline ticket instead of possibly experiencing another beating. They didn’t seem to care much at first. A couple of days later I reminded him of my plans and asked if they could somehow get a refund for the ferry tickets that were bought in advance. This time, they took action and booked long transportation from the airport to my hotel. This was in place of a refund for the ferry tickets. It was greatly appreciated. This act repaired by loss of confidence, and Rebecca tours. So this is why I gave four stars instead of five. Outside of those two incidents, the tour has been very nice.

Except for the hassel of traveling in covid-19 times , the trip itself is one of my top 3, and I travel all over the world.. Everything was well done ,50x better than being on a cruise ship. Mingling and getting to know the locals one on one was priceless...Well done tour radar and Rebecca adventures......WELL DONE

Overall I was disappointed with Rebeccas Adventure Travel service. I have done the cruise tour where you sleep on a cruise ship and now the island hopping by ferry and staying at hotels. When comparing options it would appear that island/ hotel is more economical but it is not. On Rebeccas Adventure, we only had breakfast provided daily which was at the hotel and the food was basic with no variety…same food everyday and if you don’t like what they served you went to a local restaurant and bought your own. Out of 12 days, lunch was provided 4 times so you bought lunch and dinner the remaining days. On the ship every meal was provided plus snacks and juices in between meals. Next out of 12 days we had 3- 3/4 days snorkeling days and 4 half day adventures the rest of the time we were on our own which meant, we booked day excursions out of pocket to fill in the afternoons and days when nothing was provided by Rebeccas. On the cruise ship, everyday, twice a day, we were snorkeling, going for walks, canoeing…..we were busy…but had enough time to also decompress. We had variety….whereas on Rebeccas basically, we did the same thing on each island…snorkel trip, bay tour and turtle exhibition. Also, on a cruise you have one naturalist who has a wealth of knowledge and you learn a lot. On Rebeccas, you have a different naturalist for every event, so you hear the same basic info over and over….ie why the blue footed boobies feet are blue or how many turtles have been released into the wild… Now about Rebeccas service….Wendy on San Crustibal was wonderful,…she met us at airport and thoroughly went over our schedule for each day..how we should dress and what to bring..she made sure we got to each of our events and stayed with us until we got off to our event ir aboard the ferry…..it was downhill from there the next island we had 5 different contact people who some did not even bother t o introduce themselves, we felt like we were an inconvenience. One dropped us off and chatted with the excursion host and left. The excursion host sat us on a low wall and proceeded to forget about us. Our tour left and when I reminded her we were still waiting she scrambled to find us another bay tour to join. On Isabela, it went downhill even further…..they changed our schedule from 7:30 am to an afternoon pick up with out letting us know, so we waited for an hour than asked the hotel, if they had a number for our Isabela contacts because we had no idea who to call…she finally was able to reach them and we were then told of the change. Another excursion included a snorkel which we were not told about so we were not prepared for that portion of the excursion, so we swam in our clothes…..not happy. Lastly, the place they took us to get equipped for our snorkel trip was on the outskirts of tiwn and the provider had limited fins and the wet suits were full of holes and patched together. Positives…the naturalist provided were quite knowledgeable, unfortunately we kept hearing the same info…the boat crews for kicker Rock, Santa Fe Island and losTuneles were great! These excursions were the highlight of the trip. Would I use Rebeccas again! Never! Would I book a cruise again….absolutely!
