Hotels were very good, much better than expected with great breakfasts. Would have preferred skipping BMW headquarters for more time in Munich and skipping Svwarski Crystal in Innsbruck for more time in Salzburg. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when we stopped at a different kitzbuhel. im sure your marketing team and lawyers will have many excuses but the fact remains anyone booking the tour wanted to see the famous kitzbuhel.
