- GMGlenn Hope Flor· October 29th, 2024The hustle of changing buses from every destinations for me and my group is NOT A GOOD IDEA and we were NOT a happy campers... especially from the time we transferred from the ENGLISH GROUP TO THE SPANISH GROUP. PLEASE DON'T MIX the group because we don't understand each other . The people from the SPANISH GROUP were MEAN and UNFRIENDLY at all. We,the 11 of us from the ENGLISH GROUP we're not welcomed by them and they dont wanna share seats and they're fighting because of the seats they want it...the 11 of us were scattered... So RIDICULOUS.... The hotels were ok but the novotel in venice is the worst hotel... Europamundo should know about itineraries... We are here to get excited and be able to have memories in our tour ... I am sharing a bit of information but overall, i don't think you will like it as well...Show more

- AYONG HUANGKEE· July 12th, 2018i like it that we have free time to explore the cities after a general overview by the guide or local guide. We also got to go to some less visited cities like Verona, Bern and Eperlecques. The transfers to dinners were good too. It is a good practice not to provide lunch and dinner to make the tour cheaper. The tour guides are very professional and knowledgeable. We especially enjoy the service of Pilar from Rome to Zurich. Angela was funny and nice. The hotels provided were however too far from city centre and this can be inconvenient e.g. we were stuck in the hotel in Paris and couldnt go out to see Paris at night. The hotels at Florence and Venice had very bad wifi connection. She was very good and give us every details of our tour and always make reminders so we won’t forget. We ended with Marcie up to Switzerland. Then our next Tourist Guide to Paris and London was Lionel Lopez. He was very helpful and friendly also and our Bus driver Dorin Harghel do very nice, friendly and helpful. They did excellent job through out our trip.
