Europamundo should thing beforehand about cultural background of groups they want to join in one group. One day was a total disaster for English speaking group because of the second group and their behavior. River cruises - I expected a guided cruise and not just a ride. Local guides in Prague, Paris, London - are exceptional, very informative. Really enjoyed it.Show more

Some hotels were dreadful, in France both hotels were terrible. - KBKurt· June 7th, 2022I didn't realize that TourRadar was contracting with EuropaMundo and that EuropaMundo was focused on Spanish-speaking tourists, which was the majority on our bus. Also, I did not have access via TourRadar to book additional excursions, like the EuropaMundo tourists. So, while the Spanish-speaking people had dinners arranged and tickets for museums, like the Louvre, the English-speakers were left out. We didn't get a chance to see the Louvre, for example, because the line for tickets was a mile long. Also, Miguel tended to provide very long explanations of sites in Spanish, but a few sentences in English. - JRJimena· May 10th, 2022Somewhat Okay but things that should be definitely improved: Most of the time is spent traveling in the bus. Time to explore places is limited and rushed. Hotels are far from city center, making it hard to keep exploring during free time. Different tours are being mixed and towards the end of the tour the guide was not even giving any information on English, only Spanish. We did not get to do some of the things on the itinerary---they weren't even offered. Some guides were cold and impersonal. Slow communication via email before the trip, sometimes replies would take up to a week. It was full on with early starts and some tight time frames to see attractions but we appreciate this was needed to fit everything in. On a couple of occassions we substituted the late afternoon/eve dinner excursions for shopping at malls (on our own accord) which worked well for us. The tour was well organized and enabled us to see the main tourist spots of each country. - AAABODUNRIN· January 4th, 2020The tour went well and the hotel accommodations were good except the one used in Rouen which seems substandard. Bus drivers and the tour guides were very professional.
