His genuine passion and excitement for us all despite having already done the tour a number of times was so uplifting! He was so informative and really helped the group bond and have the best time. Emily· April 9th, 2025I started my 18 day Thai intro tour in March 2025. It was my first time in south east Asia and it was one of the best months of my life! The itinerary for the tour ticks off the very best Thailand has to offer and unlike most other tours, we would spend a few days in most places. This helped us really get a feel for what each place had to offer, and didn’t feel rushed or always on the go. Seeing the beautiful beaches in koh phangan, the hustle and bustle of Bangkok, and island hopping in Phi Phi were just a few of the amazing locations we got to see. However, the night in khao Sok national park and the night in the Chiang mai jungle were 2 stand out moments for this trip. I felt completely safe the entire time and this was down to our tour leader Hannah. We really couldn’t have asked for a better guide. She had a lot of knowledge on every place we visited, knew the local tour guides very well and gave us recommendations in every place to go visit. She would also outline our itinerary every night for the next day so we knew what to expect. Our group had a massive age difference (18-60) and she helped us all gel and bond very quickly. We would do quizzes, parties and play games together most nights which made us all feel like one big family. Even on our days with some free time Hannah would always be around to talk to .She also would invite us for dinner with her even on our free nights! I was nervous about my plans after the trip and she sat down and helped me book all of my onward travel as well as giving me recommendations on where to go. Trip date: April 2025 - JBJasmine· April 6th, 2025The tour of Vietnam has been great and I've had many experiences that I don't think I would have necessarily without Intro and our wonderful tour leader Malin. As well as knowing a lot about Vietnam and helping the trip to go smoothly, Malin was really great at making sure I always got some great vegan options and people with other requirements were looked after. We managed to fit lots into our time in Vietnam and did lots of things that I wouldn’t have known to book had I gone by myself. Malin was an amazing leader - friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had the best experience. Her recommendations were spot on every single time! She kept everything running smoothly which made it a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
