ebita· March 28th, 2023Even though the itinerary or the tour is good. I wouldn't recommend people to take this tour with this particular tour operator i.e. G-Adventures. The operator has very poor after sales service. I had asked them to cancel the Israel part of my tour and run the refunds because I wasn't able to continue. They did not do so and then blamed it on me saying I never asked them to cancel. Thank god I had everything in writing. Since I was in touch with the group that went from Jordan to Israel, they check with the hotel and told me that my room was returned back to the hotel and the operator was not charged for it, meaning G Adventures could have refunded me for the booking but instead they chose not to do so and to rather make a profit out of a cancellation.
