Every one of them provided excellent service and genuinely cared for us and our goals. I have never felt better taken care of by people I just met. The Kilimanjaro team in Tanzania is the only reason I was able to summit, especially given how sick I was feeling all week. - Katie· December 28th, 2022My mom and I have always spoken so highly about this company. We have been on 3 trips with them already and have had the time of our lives. That is why we were so happy to book them again for our Mt. Kilimanjaro climb. The reason I leave such a poor review is because our flight got canceled on Christmas Day, when we arrived at the airport. There was no way for us to get a flight to Tanzania in time to make the climb. G Adventures only refunded us $350 of credit per person towards our next tour with them, which is useless because we will never tour with them again. We lost $8,500 on Christmas Day because they will not refund us and they were unwilling to make any alternative arrangements. We trusted this company and they could have easily accommodated our change in schedule. We found this out because it took us minutes to find another reputable company to take us up privately for a lower price and more flexibility. - CSCarl· December 1st, 2019Was a incredible experience. Maybe wasn't prepared as I should be gear wise or mentally. But the "g-fighters" and guide leader were all exceptional! Both in their support and helpfulness. I believe anything we asked of them they would have tried to deliver. Thanks for helping us get to the top of Africa! Without this it would not have been possible. The experience as a whole was a unforgettable one but also quite psychically and mentally draining. But I'm not sure anyone would expect any different.
