Naomi· September 8th, 2019Really nice tour. Saw quite a lot but didn't feel rushed. Visited all the places you would expect to in that part of the world. Transport all was very smooth and efficient. CEO was helpful and friendly. - AAngel· October 21st, 2018This is a great tour that gets you to those must see place in South America . I do think more could be spent in some places, such as Paraty and Ilha Grande as there should be time available for relaxing as well as doing tours. The accommodation was adequate and were centrally located with the breakfast being generally basic. One thing to bear in mind in the luggage restriction when going to the falls - G tend to be conservative with their approach and say 15kg but this is subject to change depending on the flights and airline they book with- it is worth checking with them. Our tour guide, Flor, was truly awesome! Great at organising, fun to hang out with and helping with food orders (language) - would love to tour with Flor again! - SHSabine· August 19th, 2017A few things I wanted to share with you, with regards to the trip: 1. It would be great to have the actual meeting point time in hotel dazzler in the pre-arrival emails already mentioned. In this way, people can organize their day prior. We did not know what time to meet and therefore lost time going to the hotel, checking and then coming back at 6pm 2. The hotel dazzler was really not a great hotel. Very moldy The rest of the accommodation was fine. 3. On the first day, It would be good of the guide to tell us when is the next opportunity to exchange money is. 4. On the day of the trip, it would be nice to talk about the timeline of the day and what exactly will be happening. Opportunities for lunch, dinner? For example: in the bus on the way to the Buenos Aires airport. 5. The bus driver should really check the stamps in the passport and on the entry/exit form. 6. On the day we went to Rio and left Ilha Grande, couldn’t we have taken the ferry at an earlier time to be in Rio earlier? It felt like we left really late. It was very stressful to get the entire Rio tour done, starting at 2.30pm and was not fully satisfying. 7. We did a walking tour through freewalkingtours in Rio and I think this can be one of the options added as activity. Tip is the payment. Hope this is constructive feedback.
