  This is my first tour (Europamundo) that I was not really impressed with. Changing groups almost daily, lack of communication and 3 full buses checking into the same hotel at the same time causes total gridlock to everyone trying to get to their rooms after a long day of travel.

  I made a Reservation with Tourradar and not with Europamundo. I did not like how they were combined! I did not expect the entire Tour with TWO Language Tour guides! It was extremely UN pleasant to enjoy the tour when the guild's were Non Stop explaining in Two Different languages! If I had any idea that this would happen I would have never gone on this Tour!! There are many other Tour Campines to choose from! There was enough people that Europamundo could have had "Separate Tours". One Tour exclusively in English and the other in Spanish!!

  It was a very well organised trip, we seen and did so many things in a short space of time. Our guide Jon was very knowledgeable about all of the places we visited. He made it an enjoyable, memorable and safe experience for everyone in the group.

  The tour covered many, many highlights: the beautiful and historic features of European cities, the history of the Vikings and other cultural icons, and the most picturesque natural features, such as the fjords. I was very dissatisfied with a few other features of the tour, however: we didnt know it would be a bilingual tour The English narration was quite poor; Carolina, although a very lovely person, spoke English in a halting, uncertain way, and we couldnt understand some of her words. Jenny spoke fluent Spanish, but spoke MUCH, MUCH TOO LONG, sometimes 45 minutes without stopping To someone who doesnt speak that language, it became NOISE to endure Secondly, the tour USUALLY provided stops frequently enough for our bathroom needs, but not always And in at least two places we stopped, the public toilets were already closed for the season; it became very uncomfortable for me and a couple others We dont understand why the bathroom in the bus could not be used. I find it unacceptable if it is merely a money-saving tactic.

  The city tours were informative-esp the ones in Tallinn and Stockholm; with very enthusiastic local guides. Breakfast everyday was very good too and we look forward to every breakfast.

  The tour was very well organised. A lot of interesting and beautiful places were covered. We enjoyed the itinerary schedules and free time allocated. If you want to cover all the major cities in Scandinavia, this is the tour for you. A lot of ferry ride as well. Our guide, Carolina, was very kind and patient. Information given was always sufficient and at the right time. Overall, we really enjoyed this wonderful tour.

  Hi Team, Overall, the trip was enjoyable and provided good value for money. I must highlight the exceptional performance of our tour guide, Betina, who demonstrated excellent command of language and communication skills throughout our journey. However, I have rated the trip with 3 stars due to several reasons: With the exception of Guide Betina, the quality of the other two guides, one in Copenhagen and the other from Finland to Estonia, was unsatisfactory. Their presentations felt rigid and lacked clarity, making it difficult for us to fully grasp their explanations. We found the time allocated for exploring each city to be insufficient. It felt rushed, leaving us with only a brief glimpse of each destination without ample opportunity to delve deeper into its offerings. On Day 3, the journey from Aarhus to Stavanger covered a considerable distance of 420 kilometers, leaving us with limited time to explore the city upon arrival. Similarly, on Day 5, the lengthy 520-kilometer journey from Bergen to Oslo resulted in a tiring day of travel with minimal sightseeing opportunities. The extensive travel on Day 6 from Oslo to Stockholm, spanning 530 kilometers, consumed a significant portion of the day, leaving little time for other activities. In essence, out of the 12-day itinerary, three days were predominantly dedicated to travel, limiting our ability to fully immerse ourselves in the cities we visited. Additionally, city tours often commenced early in the morning, making it challenging to engage in leisure activities such as shopping in the city center. Nevertheless, the trip provided value for money, with commendable accommodations and an enjoyable cruise experience from Stockholm to Helsinki. Thank you. Ashok R Majethia

  The cities were great but not enough time in each, alot of just driving. Also the English was much less than the Spanish so don't feel I got the same information. Altogether though I loved the scenery. I think the guides tried their best.
