- Brock· March 21st, 2025First the positives. It was a small group of 3 of us and the travel buddies were awesome. The trips were wonderful, some even epic. Loved Thailand, Cambodia and most of Vietnam. Hated Hanoi as it was too loud, too crowded and noisy. Halong Bay and Saigon were my favorites places on the tour. 2 major complaints that had a negative and expensive impact on me. 1, the Tour manager should have told me that is was IMPERATIVE that I download "WhatsApp" for effective communication with her. I did not get this message until already in Bangkok, which led me to pay for the same hotel room twice. Not a great way to start a vacation after flying 21 hours. 2nd, I was never told that I had to get both a special visa for both Vietnam and Cambodia, thus leading to have to pay more once there and more delays. Other than those major issues, I had a good time.Clear communication was lacking on major issues.Show more
