Both days start around 8am and get back by ~5pm, which gives enough time to get ready in the morning and do additional evening activities afterward. The variety of activities is also very good: a mix of museums, site tours, local industry/businesses, and a river tour. These activities also covered almost everything were were interested in seeing in a short trip to Vietnam. The transportation was all very good! The rides to and from the airport were timely professional drivers, and the tour transports were very nice vans that weren't too crowded. The drivers were always close at hand and never caused a delay. The tour agency was very good at communication. They gave multiple ways to reach them and always responded within minutes. They were able to accommodate our desire to stay at a specific hotel, and we had a very good experience there. The only negative part of this tour package was during the Cu Chi Tunnels, when one person in our group fell and started bleeding. The tour guide, Tony, did not have any first aid items with him, and did not leave to get any.
