  Avishek was the best guide one could have asked to hike once in a lifetime Everest base camp trek. He was very knowledgeable, caring and catered to our individual needs. He kept our trek interesting and made sure all our needs were taken care of. We made it to the Everest base camp because of his guidance and motivation to never give up.

  This was my first high altitude trekking ever and I was internally a little anxious. We were a group of 20. Trekking Planner (TP) staff Roshan, received us at the airport with warmth. We reached our hotel Moonlight which was a good pick by TP. Very comfortable place to stay, good food and cordial staff. Deepak, the owner of TP, met us at the hotel and made us feel super comfortable. Everything was extremely well organized, from the welcome dinner, prepping us for our trek, currency exchange, sightseeing in Kathmandu, and guidance in shopping. The trek was very well managed by our head guide Avishek and all his assistant guides. We had many miles to cover each day. Dikshya made it very easy with her amazing company, great sense of humor and beautiful Nepali music. I did not see anyone not being attentive when they were with us. They had the best porters 🙏, best personal assistants, Umesh was mine 🙏, best Tea houses all through and through. A big shout out to FT Sherpa. A true energizer bunny that keeps going and going. Talk about commitment of this team: One of our members fell sick and without any hesitation Avishek carried her on his back. That’s Trekking Planner culture, to be there for you. You want to trek to EBC, Trekking Planner it is and ask for Avishek and Dikshya team.

  I did everest base camp trek with trekking planner and I choose trekking planner as Dipak the owner was very responsive at replies and the service he gave me was amazing being a solo trekker and getting such good treatment hats off to my guide Avishek aka Avi. A brilliant guide, such a good humble human being with lots of knowledge. I appreciated his knowledge and professionalism toward his work. HATS OFF AVI HATSS OF TREKKING PLANNER

  the trek was really great our guide binod was exceptional and had a vast knowldege about the trekking trail and our porter mr thaman aka pale budah was a great person despite the age. the trekking companys owner mr dipak is a really good and reliable person well this is a part of the friendship lets talk abou the trek. during the trek we could see it clearly that the service provided by them which included the down jackets, trekking poles, duffel bags, fresh fruits druign the trek and tea/coffee 4-6 times during the trek was exceptional and the relation our guide had with the

  I would highly recommend Trekking Planning for the Everest Base Camp Short Trek. From the time I landed in Kathmandu to my departure flight back to the USA, I was completely "hand held" for my entire excursion. Dipak was with me or had a staff member take care of my needs. I was never left alone to wonder what was coming next! The trip itinerary was complete. And since I had an extra day in Kathmandu before my trek, I was able to pay a reasonable amount of money for a city tour that was complete and very informative. When it was time for me to depart to Lukla, I had complete supervision until I got on the flight which made me feel extremely comfortable. The trek to Base Camp was rather difficult, however my guide and porter took very good care of me throughout the trek. Often I needed some extra help and they were both there to escort and hold onto to me during the technical, difficult sections of the trail. I had some minor issues during the trek, but again, I was reassured by the guide and porter that I would be taken care of. When my flight was severely delayed in leaving Lukla, my guide (Gyelijan) came back to the airport to get me and stay with me for the next 3 days till I was able to secure another form of transportation out of Lukla. I can tell you that just about every other trekker saw their guide just leave them in the airport to fend for themselves! I was so grateful for Gyelijan to take care of my needs during this delay. When I did finally leave Lukla and arrive in Kathmandu, Dipak was waiting for me in the Kathmandu airport with the taxi to take me back to the Skyline Hotel. The other trekkers had to scramble for transportation. I was able to spend a few hours in the hotel before my night flight to USA and once again, Dipak arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport. I would recommend this trek as just about everything is included which makes a "no brainer" for the client. I did want to worry about paying for lodges, food, airfare, permit fees on the trek and so it was taken care of by the guide.
