  What an amazing trip!! We got to see so many amazing places and beautiful places. This trip was a bucket list item for me and I was not disappointed. I was so amazed by the food, the palaces, and the people. I am truly grateful this was available to me.

  Pushpendre our guide was extremely helpful polite and informative He was keen to accommodate our needs and explain any issues we did not understand He was always pointing out things we may find interesting and to stop for photos We were very impressed by his driving skills Overall he enhanced our enjoyment of the trip Maureen and Alexandra

  Mr Nerendra was the foundation of our recent wonderful trip to India. His smooth and reliable driving throughout our tour made everything seem effortless. He safely made the crazy traffic in India seem everyday to Americans. He was always on time and his vehicle was always comfortable and clean. All we had to do was be ready to go and he fit everything else into place so we saw all the sites on our itinerary. And he was always open to our suggestions and additions. He even took us to beautiful Hindu temples that were not part our official tour. We hope that he will be our driver when we return to India.

  Overall it was a really nice tour, we were also happy with our driver. The hotels were basic but okay for one week. Just the first hotel in Agra was dirty. Unfortunately I can only give 4/5 stars because apparently the agency had issues with booking our safari and we only got 1 instead of 2 safaris. This was really disappointing. We got invited for dinner instead, but of course this cannot replace a safari. On the last day we got a new driver to the airport, the car was dirty and smelly. The itinerary itself is really good, you get to see a lot in a very short time!

  The tour was good overall except the following few points : 1. Better communication from the operator (although it was good it could have been better) 2. Unecessary forcing of travellers to buy things (souvenirs) at specified places which makes the travellers uncomfortable and raise doubts. Instead the choice must be given to travellers as they come on a budget for the tours. 3. Better communication or details to be put up clearly with regards to the entry fees to the places that were being visited. All the guides were exceptional at their work and were well informed of the places. All the requests were being addressed at the earliest which was really pleasing.

  The main reason for the Okay assesment only is the size of the car. We were provided with the car Toyota Innova that theoretically has 6 places including driver. The reality is that normal places in this car are 4 only including driver. The last row of seats is with theshallow , high floor, what could be finally accepted perhaps for the 2 hours drive not 8 days trip. Also in this case room for the luggage is so limited that our 2 bags were travelling on the top of the car in the over 40 degrees Celsius temparature and finally one of them have a hole in their structure now. So travelling was a big pain. Plan of the travel was good, hotels were acceptable too with 2, one in Jaipur and second in Ranthambire park that were very nice. Our driver was very nice and was trying to do all the best for us. He has some issues however with not paid by KK company highway payments. Also we needed for example to prove him that price of the boat in Udaipur was included in the price as he didn't want to pay for it. I would say altogether our driver was fantastic however his approach to the received tip was really dissapointing for all of us. (even if this was over 60% of his monthly salary and way more than we were able to identify as the normal tip in the net.). One other thing that may be improved was forcing us by some (not all) local guides to visit local shops that we didn't want to visit. So long story short with the comfortable car it could be even be Excellent assessment.
