    My trip to Langtang Valley was great. The guide Bikash was very helpful and supportive plus he also can understand and speak Malay. The agency also provide airport pick up and drop off. Prepare an extra money for your drink or snack at guesthouse cause the agency did not cover for it or for any changes in itinerary. Get fit for the trip and you'll good to go.

    I knew Shiva from Icicles Adventure in 2014 when we had done Langtang Valley Trek together and since then we are wonderful friends. Along with Shiva ever smiling my friend Hari, helpful Indira and entire strong porter crew from Icicles Adventure treks; to all of them I would like to express my sincere thank you for everything that you guys arranged, managed my Everest base camp trek. It was a case of unfortunate that our baggage were missing while boarding a flight from Doha airport to Kathmandu and it was immediate arrangement of transportation and assistance from Hari in helping find out our baggage from Kathmandu airport. It was a nice gesture of him to go out of his service line and helping us out including getting us other required trekking gears like face mask and hat with trekking poles too. With my experience, Nepal is must for all adventure lovers and if you are looking for trustworthy agency, then Icicles could be the one.

  • Visa
    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before January 17th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 17th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Icicles Adventure Treks & Tours (P.) Ltd.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Icicles Adventure Treks & Tours (P.) Ltd. will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Icicles Adventure Treks & Tours (P.) Ltd." tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
