- Avirginia· September 23rd, 2023The team of Gerard Menard (Driver) and Neela Falconer (tour director) is genius. Both gave such great leadership by their respect for each other and for all of the Globus guests. Each of us were blessed for their innate kindness and consideration and it spread among us as day by day we enjoyed the ride and the camaraderie. In addition I caught lots of unmentioned small but mighty efforts to make the cooks or the accomodation's bag jockeys....be quietly thanked for their hard work on your customers behalf. Two more stellar people I have never encountered in 40+years of travel in or out of the United States. Stick with these two winners and listen to their suggestions.
