Day 1 Arrived in Kathmandu
Day 2 Drive from Kathmandu to Syabrubesi (1,550m/5,100ft): 7-8 hours, 1 hour morning & evening yoga
Day 3 Trek from Syabrubesi to Lama Hotel (2,380m/7,830ft): 6 hours walk, 1 hour morning & evening yoga
Day 4 Trek from Lama Hotel to Langtang Valley (3,420m/11,220ft): 6 hours walk, 1 hour morning & evening yoga
Day 5 Trek from Langtang valley to Kyanjin Gompa (3880m/12729ft): 6 hours walk, 1 hour morning & evening yoga
Day 6 Explore Kyanjin Gompa/ Kyanjin Ri Hiking around, 1 hour morning & evening yoga
Day 7 Trek from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama hotel: 6 hours walk, 1 hour morning & evening yoga

Langtang Valley Hiking and Yoga Trek was a great experience we won't miss! Everything was well organized, before we started our trip to Nepal, we've been in frequent contact with Bish from Himalayan Recreation. The tour was specially customized for us to make this trip as great as possible. Thank you for the organization and support beforehand. During our trek we were acommpanied by an experienced mountain guide and porter. From the very first day it felt like traveling with good friends. Our mountain guide and yoga teacher Anil was very knowledgeable, he not even guided us safely through Langtang Valley, but also gave us a deep cultural inside, which made this trek to a memorable experience. Thank you to Anil and Tibesh for teaching us this fun nepali card game which was the perfect eveneing entertainment program during our trek. To complete our tour we additionally spent two days in Chitwan National Park which was a scenic and cultural contrast to Langtang Valley. The accommodation and jungle activities were organized in advance by Himalayan Recreation. The transfers from Kathmandu to Langtang, Langtang to Chitwan and Chitwan to Kathmandu were also organized in advance by the agency. Everything went smoothly and we felt that we were in good hands. We can highly recommend Himalayan Recreation to everyone!

A real dream! Beautiful weather, nice people in the group, Amazing Guide really kind, friendly and professional, I keep a really good memory of my Yoga trek in Langtang Valley with Himalayan Recreation. Best experience ever! If really enjoyed my trip in Himalayan Mountain with this company. I recommend it!

Payment information
- For any tour departing before March 13th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after March 13th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Himalayan Recreation Treks & Expedition Pvt.ltd. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Himalayan Recreation Treks & Expedition Pvt.ltd will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
