All the game drives were memorable, those in Serengeti particularly so for the number and variety of animals encountered. Individual highlights included: 12 lions stalking a buffalo at the Serengeti camp; a group of lions in the N'gorongoro crater approaching our vehicles and lying beside them to enjoy the shade they provided; a close up encounter with a leopard in Tarangire on the drive out on the last morning.

Just being out there on an African Safari was a very special experience for those of us who had never done this before. The Tortilis camps were beyond comfortable and the whole experience was very special.

- For any tour departing before January 22nd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 22nd, 2025, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with Explore!. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 75 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
