Staying in huts was a bonus, especially during cold nights at higher altitudes. The route itself was beautiful, with lush forests and alpine meadows leading to the summit. The huts were comfortable, and I enjoyed meeting other trekkers in the communal dining areas. This route is sometimes labeled as “easier,” but don’t be fooled—the rapid ascent makes acclimatization more challenging.
