All guides spoke good English and were open to our wishes. It is recommended to see more cities after the Golden Triangle. Varanasi and Amritsar were absolutely worth seeing. Our driver Mahendra for the Golden Triangle was absolutely great. His knowledge made every car ride interesting. We would have loved to have kept him for the entire tour. The hotels were mostly clean and modern and the food very tasty.
