Jasmin· March 3rd, 2023Me and my husband took this trip in Georgia in early fall and were a bit suspicious about weather conditions... Despite this we had an amazing time with This is Georgia team! Everything was just perfect, not only main inclusions such as transport, hotels and sightseeing also small details like eating spots, playlists for roads, raincoats, bottle of water several times in a day...Caring attitude of Tatia - the guide and the driver was stunning. We had one rainy day in Mestia and didn't want to waste it in a hotel room but walking around also wouldn't be comfortable so Tatia found a local guide right ahead who took us on horse riding trip, unforgettable and lovely experience. Tatia worked with us to tailor the itinerary to exactly what we wanted and provided numerous options for upgrades from the standard package. She even included a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon, and invited us to a local traditional supra (family-hosted feast) where we learned to make khinkhali - a highlight of the trip! Seeing the entire country in 10-12 days is a busy trip, so be prepared for significant time in the car (and be prepared for Georgian driving, which is different and more hectic than we'd expected!). Recommend visiting in mid-May at the earliest to try and avoid rain. We got lucky with weather, but we likely would have delayed the trip a few weeks to give ourselves the best shot at roads and skies being clear. - Munjal· July 27th, 2021Where to begin with...this was one of our best tour..the country is soo beautiful n its people are so friendly n welcoming.. loved each day of our stay and our guide Tatia is such a lovely person and made our tour more comfortable and enjoyable..she is extremely friendly. It was a good itenerary if you like to experience the local culture, history and its beautiful mountainside.. and the meals were always like a feast..Had a really amazing and friendly driver too.. Totally in love with the place, its people and local Georgian food ❤️🥂 Had a wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend this tour. You will spend all your time in the roads. with uncomfortable car terrible damaged roads, with reckless and bad driver. check-in late and check-out early from your hotels and barley have time to relax we were exhausted and tired the whole trip. They are not even familiar with their country the driver always take wrong turns and we have kept Google maps open to guide the driver so we don't get lost! The guide is a nice person but she lacks the knowledge I saw her opening Google to read about the place we are visiting so she can tell us about it. and when we ask her for anything she says check with your hotel reception! Also meals plan are not prepared well we were hungry most of the time and she is waiting for us to ask her And she have no idea about what good places to eat.
