  It was a good experience. We loved the Nile cruise. We were on MS Zeina but I felt every other cruise was better looking and more clean than Zeina. But the cabins were clean and staff was very polite and helpful. We had our Tour guide Medhet. He was excellent and very kind person. Very patient with all our requests. Always on time. Transport was excellent and always on time. We had problem with delayed domestic flights and it was tiring. This was out of anyone's control. We were given the option to buy our own entrance tickets for all the attracrion or tour company could buy these for us. We were told that its about equal plus the tip for cruise staff. We paid the company for all our temple and meuseum entrance tickets. I felts we paid about 80 to 90 dollars per person extra to company according to my calculations at the end so I would advise buy tickets yourself please and save the money. Communication with tour guides was easy on WhatsApp. And Communication with tour company was good via tourradar app. The hotel we stayed in Tolip Garden in Gardenia City was fine and clean. It was far away from old Cairo but is near to few Malls to go and visit. Breakfast was included which was good. Overall the experience was nice.

  We just wanted to say thank you to Ashraf for making this fabulous trip go so smoothly. We had a wonderfully interesting holiday and this was made possible by his kind help and assistance throughout. We know that it is not possible to completely explore a place without a well informed tour guide. We were very lucky to have someone like Ashraf who was so knowledgeable. It would not have been possible for us to have learnt so much about the rich heritage and culture of the many places we visited without his nsight.   We had an excellent time on this tour. We got to see all of the highlights of ancient Egypt with phenomenal and knowledgeable guides. Medhat is very considerate and ensures your comfort the entire time you are on the cruise. There are many early mornings (waking up before 5 am), but it is worth it for the great experiences. The food on the boat was good, but it would have been even better if there was more Egyptian food. Note that drinks (including water) are not included on the boat, but they are very cheap. I highly recommend this tour to anyone considering it! You will learn a lot, be comfortable, and it is hassle-free.

  This was an absolutely amazing trip and was made so easy thanks to our amazing guide Met. He was so knowledgeable and kind and made sure we were out the door for all of our early mornings! Also, our Egyptologist guide, Marwa, was absolutely wonderful. Overall we were very taken care of! Truly the trip of a lifetime.

  I had a wonderful time in Egypt and saw a LOT. Tony did an amazing job, from picking me up in Cairo Airport twice, to organizing the trip to the Pyramids (as I arrived a day earlier), and of course drop off at the Airport at tour end. On the Great Pyramid of Giza tour I had an exception guide (Nassr), very knowledgeable, was amazing. The other amazing guide was Ashraf. Was great to have such guides. Nile cruise was nice and relaxed. Another highlight of the tour (for me) was the Hot Air Ballon - can only recommend it. Of course Karnak Temples were spectacular as well. Boat trip on the Nile to the nubain village was very nice as well. I keep good memories of this trip. Uncommon was the whole tipping - would be great to have a recommendation mentioned and to be advised to have enough "small" Euro / Dollar (foreign currency) for tipping.

  Egypt has so much to offer and Truly Egypt and especially our 2 guides - Tony in Cairo and Ahmed Salendino on the cruise - had put together a super exciting program and booked us on a nice (but not luxury) cruise ship to get us down the Nile. The guide Ahmed Salendino was enormously knowledgeable and a super communicator - made the ancient Egyptian sites come alive for us - and he was so attentive to how we had and took into account different needs in the group. Made for a fantastic and safe experience. Of the extra tours: Finally, take the city tour in a horse-drawn carriage in Luxor and the balloon ride is also a great experience if you haven't tried it before. In Cairo Tony took very good care of us and was always available to us for big and small and super reliable and wonderful being who also shared knowledge about daily life in Cairo. Finally, take an extra trip to Giza and see the pyramids and the Sphinx at sunset from a delicious rooftop restaurant - it's absolutely beautiful and mega romantic.

  A very good holiday, plenty to do, we were always occupied but never overly tired. (Although when we got home we were exhausted!). Conversely it was actually a very relaxing holiday.….. A superb experience sailing along the Nile River, the feeling and the views were wonderful. I loved it. Sailing between Luxor and Ebnu at night was fantastic, including passing the locks at Esna with it's lights and festivities in full swing. Waking up to gently lapping water and views of the far off river bank was fantastic. The night lights at Aswan were amazing….. Our guides were experts. For most of the cruise we had a guide called Sabah, she looked after us and cared for us. Very knowledgeable and very good….. ….. The sites we saw were well worth visiting. The pyrimids are just there on the edge of town, the temples in Luxor and Karnack etc were truly enormous and so well preserved after 4000 years, the tombs in the valley of the Kings amazing considering how many years ago they were dug out….. ….. Cairo was a different story: it is a huge city 25km across. Full of people, full of vehicles, the traffic system is crazy (central reservations effectively creating one way roads really don't help traffic flow). Very dusty and very noisy. Full of desperately poor people. Everyone wanted a tip for whatever large or small service they did for you. Tourist prices were: 0,5 litre beer at 7-9$, small bottle of water 35+ egyptian pounds (Sept'24 1€ = 53 egp)….. Bad Points: Our hotel in Cairo (Tolip Gardens) - poor food, dry hotel, pool shut before sunset which is obligatory in Egypt (for us in mid Sept. it shut at 6,30). Located on the edge of town, airport side, with nothing to do nearby….. Everyone asking for money…..
