- BMBarbara Elizabeth· October 14th, 2024Most of this trip worked well but it was difficult not to have contact numbers for the operators of each of the day tours. The transport for our final day, to a water park, did not come and Tour Rader has not replied to me about that. The trips to Spinalonga and Heraklion / Knossos were good with the same excellent guide. The trip to Chania was too long, we didn't get back to our hotel until after 9pm. The land-rover Safari was a most enjoyable day in the mountains with lots of interesting stops even though Zeus's Cave is closed. The all inclusive hotel was fit for purpose. Altogether a well priced trip.Show more

I upgraded to a “superior” category of hotel and the room they put me in was trash. Felt like I was sleeping on a table and the room itself was in disrepair. I talked to the tour radar rep and instead of helping me improve the situation he told me that I was told about this weeks ago and left it at that. I didn’t appreciate that at all.
