    Back in October of 2017 I did a section of the Annapurna Circuit (included Poon Hill) with a few friends of mine. Santosh Khatri was our guide -- we had an incredible time. Not only was Santosh well versed in trekking, he had great English and was extremely accommodating/professional. From keeping us well directed on our trek, he was a wealth of information on culture, food (what was safe and not safe for us to eat) and scheduling clean tea houses/hotels to stay overnight at. Prior to traveling Nepal, appreciate that bus rides can be a bit uncomfortable if traveling long distances (thus my 4/5 stars). Santosh made every effort to make things as comfortable for us along the way. By the end of the trip we had all become great friends with Santosh, and we still keep in touch today. If I ever go back (and I certainly will) I'll be seeking Santosh's services! Nepal is beautiful. Do yourself a favor and sign up for a trek with Santosh.

    • Unfortunately we cannot offer you a visa application service. Whether you need a visa or not depends on your nationality and where you wish to travel. Assuming your home country does not have a visa agreement with the country you're planning to visit, you will need to apply for a visa in advance of your scheduled departure.
    • Here is an indication for which countries you might need a visa. Please contact the local embassy for help applying for visas to these places.
  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before April 23rd, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after April 23rd, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Mountain Ascend Treks Pvt. Ltd.. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Mountain Ascend Treks Pvt. Ltd. will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
