We were 3 couples booking a deluxe cruise from Split to Dubrovnik. One of the couples had to cancel late (no refund, that was understandable). The other 2 couples went on the trip and at the last minute they cancelled the deluxe cruise and put them in a lower cruise that did not go to the same islands as the original cruise. They gave partial refund to the 2 couples that did go on the trip, but no partial refund to the couple that had to cancel even though the deluxe cruise they booked never existed.
