  The tour operator is untrustworthy. The safari planner was the worst person I ever met. He stressed us to change our plan and forced us to have a private tour in Masai Mara and sleep in a very cheap hotel while we payed for having an accommodation upgrade. Lots of lies: finally I cannot even stand his presence. We paid for a safari balloon but they didn't booked and invented that the safari balloon was cancelled due to weather conditions. What can I add more?

  I just completed the 6 day Kenya safari tour and enjoyed it thoroughly. The TourRadar planner Mr. Walter Omondi was with our group for the entire duration to ensure that everything went per plan. He met before the safari started to explain what to expect and get the park fees paid. As can be expected in a developing country, when plans changed and rain and flooding affected access to Lake Nakuru, he quickly found other items to do so we don't lose time. I very much appreciate the experience and will definitely look to TourRadar for our next vacation booking.

  Scam! Scam! Scam! I was told to bring cash for the parks. I labelled each park and had them in envelopes. At the end of the tour I expressed that I was not happy due to not going to the 2 of the paid parks $96. I met with Mundo to sort it out. Funny enough they don't deal with refunds in cash. I had to give another $10 sent via what ever banking they deal with to get my refund, I trusted I would receive my $106 and even tipped mundo $20 for his time!! I would not book with these again. I had given them a year and warned Mundo before this bad post.

  "AMAZING SAFARI" Bon Voyage Safari provided an unforgettable 6-day journey to Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, and Mt. Longonot. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. The personalized itinerary perfectly catered to my interests, showcasing their expertise and knowledge of the region. The knowledgeable guide made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I arrived. Their passion for wildlife was evident, and their ability to spot elusive creatures was remarkable. Lake Nakuru's thousands of flamingos and diverse wildlife made every game drive an exhilarating experience.   I just came back from 6-day Kenya safari tour with Bon Voyage in February 2024. I had a horrible expérience in terms of extra money looted by this scam tour company. First of all, Bon Voyage don't own vehicles, have drivers or guides. They're just sales agents who give the tourists to other tour company. I had paid $1200 for me & my son. I had been asking questions about tour & there was no mention of any additional money. Scam #1 Hotel Upgrades - Closer to the tour, Faith, the customer representative responded to my question that all camps have shared washrooms & no wifi so I should upgrade hotel since I'm travelling with kid. They charged me additional $250 for 5 nights. In the first place of stay, Masai Mara, I found out every group gets their own self-sufficient tents with bathroom & toilet inside the tent. That was the case in Lake Nakuru as well as Amboseli. I declined the upgrade right after seeing Masai Mara camp & talking to our tour guide. I never needed upgrades & never lived in one. DON’T UPGRADE! Scam #2 Entrance Fees: They also charged me entrance fees of $600 ($400 for adult + $200 kid) - which I later found out in the tour, no one in our vehicle had to pay. Everyone in our group in the vehicle had initial tour cost $600-$700 & no upgrade or entrance fee. DON’T PAY THIS! Scam#3 – Extra money for optional activity – Do not pay optional tours in advance. Pay directly to your tour driver before activity. Bon Voyage charges $20/person for Masai Village Visit ($10/person if you pay in tour directly), $75 Lake Naivasha boat tour with Crescent Island walk ($50/person if you pay in tour directly). DON’T PAY IN ADVANCE. In short, Bon Voyage is a big scam. A vacation that should cost $1200 for 2 people. They charged me $1000 extra ($600 entrance fee, $250 hotel upgrades & $150 for Lake Naivasha Boat tour with Crescent Island) which I’m fighting get a refund for. Look at other tour operators & stay away from these scamsters!
