- Marisa· April 24th, 2023A very enjoyable tour with a group of lovely people from various parts of the world. Betty, our tour guide had a wealth of experience and local knowledge. I really enjoyed listening to her stories about the past, jokes and folklores. She was attentive to our needs and provided great support when needed. Our driver Mark, was warm, friendly and kept the coach meticulously clean. I was disappointed with the choice of many of the hotels. Some were too far away from local service, which limited our choices for meals, entertainment and shopping.Others were tired and in need of a good clean and updated furniture. We particularly liked the hotel in Tralee, it was in the centre of town and the receptionists had exceptional customer service skills. It is a pity that there are no more strategies in place to prevent illness spreading through the coach. I would suggest that the company take it upon themselves to introduce the use of sanitisation, and mask wearing in the bus once a person is detected as being ill.
