Visiting the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary was a completely new and exciting experience. I got to walk around and learn about the elephants, change into traditional Karen clothing, and make medicine for them. I showed my friends the photos I took with the elephants, and they loved them, everyone want to go there as soon as possible. And the Cai Rang Floating Market? That was amazing! It was my first time experience a market where people do trade on the water, and it was so lively and fun.Show more

The Thailand portion was a lot slower, which might be good or bad depending on how tired you are when you begin your trip. From the very beginning, communications with Realistic Asia through the Tour Radar messaging platform were always responsive. When our travels began, we appreciated how thoughtful and organized the transfers from city-to-city was - with ample support both from Lucy Doh (who coordinated the entire trip and served as our main point of contact throughout the trip) and the local guides who helped expand our knowledge of, and appreciation for, the history, culture, and beauty of the two countries. In particular, Johnny Cuong, our last guide in Ho Chi Minh / Saigon and Mekong, went above and beyond. All of the scheduled activities were great, and everything we expected. Our only criticism was that we only had one night at Mekong Delta. - HLHarvey· December 4th, 2022Visiting the Mekong delta is a waste of my time and money. Drove 2.5 hours from Ho Chih Minh to Cai Be (town in Mekong delta) to see a dump. Not impressive at all. The Mekong River is murky and so so dirty. I would NOT consider a tourist place because it is so run down and dirty. In the description for Mekong delta where it says vibrant floating market is a total deception and lie in my opinion. I only saw one trade produce in floating market. Very disappointed and mad to be deceived by you and Realistic Asia. Visiting elephants, cruising in Halong Bay, and palaces in Bangkok and Hue - all of this I will remember.
