It all started with a cooking class in Ba Vi with Mrs. Chin, and continued with special spring rolls in the Mekong Delta. We even learned to cook some dishes ourselves in Hoi An. All the activities, attractions, transportation, the local guide, the food, the hotels, and the customer service were all amazing. Unfortunately, my kid came down with a fever during our first night on the Halong Bay cruise.
