- NTNeethu· June 10th, 2019Firstly , Thanks to the team for all the efforts and managing everything smoothly, Specially to Shristi , Ram & Kumar whom I have interacted with. It was a nice trip and I have enjoyed Nepal so much. * Good Things about the trip: -The tour was planned well according to the customers comfort. -Easy customization's were possible, which made it easy for going around. -Full time guide service available . - Very helpful staff (for any emergencies, food , etc). -Overall , nice experience- Pokhara is amazingly beautiful. * Few Drawbacks of the trip were as follows:- -Poor accommodation-in Australian camp facility -Poor transport buses. I wished there was better AC coaches available for transport from Katmandu to Pokhara. My back was almost broken due to the heavy gutters on the road and the bus has stopped in few cheap/unclean restaurants for lunch. -Little overpriced in few things like- Bunjee jumping was $ 86 ($68 + $18 for photos), wheras I was charged $110 with $5 taxes. -Accommodation was included in the itinerary in Pokhra (tea houses), but the guide was not aware of the same & I had to pay for the same. Later it was checked with the coordinator and the amount was paid back to me. Wish it was clearly communicated in the beginning. -Return airport transport arrangement was not done due to some reasons and had to do the arrangement myself which made a little unpleasant ending. - I Wish the guide and the hotel staff were little more Professionals to handle situation. There was an immaturity noticed in every interaction. I would rate lack of professionalism as the biggest drawback of the tour service. The staff needs to be trained on the behavior towards customers, manners and respecting customers privacy. -Charging Katmandu tour for $70 is not worthy at all, specially when you are accompanied with a guide who is as clueless as you in the city. I had to google myself the history of temples and places where I was taken. If this is the case, It is recommended to send in the tourist with the driver alone who can understand a little English. The tourists can take the entry ticket and get in and out and meet the driver at the entrance area. -I was initially happy that I have a full time guide but realized that eventually I ended up paying the price of two people through out the tour. So, not so sure on whether this is recomended or not. No offence, the guide was a nice person though.Show moreTrip date: June 2019
- Waqar· March 25th, 2019Puru is a wonderful guide. The sights at Pokhara are beautiful. Paragliding was a great experience. The hotels don't have heat and some places can get very cold at night. The bus ride was in public transportation and roads are bumpy. However, Nepal was a wonderful country to visit and for someone who has never been there I would recommend visiting.Show moreTrip date: March 2019
