The tour was well-organized despite some disruptions caused by the Christmas holiday. The tour covered most of the exciting highlights of Mexico City. The Mariachi experience was especially memorable. Although the tour guides changed everyday - depending on the specific tour for the day — the tour guide that spent the most time with me was Gaby & Felipe. Gaby was very comprehensive in her description of the various sites we visited and provided a lot of other information. Day-to-day coordination was conducted via WhatsApp and i was informed efficiently the next day events by Luis Ganem who answered any questions I had quickly. An excellent tour to see as much of Mexico City within a short time.

Great experience, and very organized. All guides (Luis, Miguel, and Dante) were all very knowledgeable and punctual. I would definitely recommend this tour package to anyone who is looking to explore Mexico City for the first time. We realized 5 days wasn’t enough, and we will be back in the near future! So much more to see, but this tour guided us through key areas/historical sights!

All in all the experience great. I was surprised however that it wasn’t the experience I’d had on previous tours. I was alone the first day, though had reliable transportation, which was convenient. The next two days I was with other folks from a variety of hotels. It worked out, but limited the ability to make connections.

First, the positives. Airport pickup, a decent tour of of the pyramids, basiclica / historic center, Anthropology Museum, as well as the dinner at the World Trade Center. Not great: Hotel Regente - despite what it says, it's a dump, with bare white rooms, awful breakfast buffet, and an even more awful gym. The location is decent, but basically, expect Motel 6. Also the first half of the last day's tour was a waste of time: first, a tourist trap jewelry shop, then unnecessary long stops at the university and in front of the soccer stadium (!). Long driving everywhere. The Xochimilco boat cruise later on was nice, as was the lunch we bought, as was Frida Kahlo's museum, except there, we did not really see Coyocan. After parking the bus, we simply walked down the street to the museum and left after the museum tour. So, OK itinerary, but not great.

Luis, Alan and Ursula were outstanding guides, our thanks to them. We were left at the Blue house on our own, and were not given the opportunity for the Tour of Coyoacan that everyone else went on, as they had not paid for the Blue House part. Disappointing. It was not clear ahead of time that the Anthropology Museum was a self guided walk through and not a guided tour.

It was an amazing tour that has gone way beyond my expectations! The price has been very reasonable - I definitely got a lot for what I paid for! Luis was the person who picked up from the airport on the first day and took me to the airport on the last day. He was also the one who gave me a tour of the downtown CDMX, took me to the dinner at Bellini, and the Mariachi show. He was amazing and gave a top-notch service. He’s also very easy to communicate with which is always a plus to me. Tours on the third and fourth days were with Ursula , which were also good. These tours were amazing most especially if you’re looking to learn about Mexico’s culture and history! Ursula also has amazing photography skills, which is a huge plus for me as a solo traveler who can’t take photos that has myself in them, beyond selfies! There was a lot of rain during the duration of my trip but I’ve been taken cared of well. One thing to note. I’m not going to dock them any star for this but if you have room in your budget to pick a better hotel other than Hotel Regente, do so! Hotel Regente was good for what I paid for but they are far from a four-star hotel as advertised (thin walls, hard mattress, rooms showing age). If I’m gonna do this all over again, I would pick a hotel that is closer to Reforma or the Centro. Another thing to note. Other than Sundays, traffic in CDMX is one of the worst I’ve seen in the world. This obviously adds to your travel time on tours and this is beyond the control of the tour guides and operators so please do not take it out on them when you give your reviews. Other than the accommodations, I totally have no complaints!!!

Day one started off slow. Tour guide was great but stops at the university and soccer stadium were a bit boring. The bias ride and lunch were tons of fun! Frida Kahlo house was amazing and that neighborhood was great! The next couple of days were fun days exploring the pyramids and guided walk through the city. Bottle water would have been much appreciated!

Great tour and knowledgeable guides, we really enjoyed our trip! The itinerary was moved around a bit without us knowing ahead of time, so I ended up wearing jeans while we walked around at the temples in the midday heat (thought it was museum day, per the written itinerary). but otherwise,
