- LALisa· November 7th, 2024The tour was great our driver Pravin was excellent he was very prompt, drove well even though it was crazy busy on the roads. I felt relaxed in the car Pravin would provide us with correct information, guidance and was always was happy to have a joke and a laugh with us. The 8 day tour of the Golden Triangle was sufficient time for me especially those long day in the car, the only thing that needs a review would be the accommodation. l mad lots of trouble at the Palace Hotel (4 star in Delhi) the card system they had to open your door would never work and staff assistance was required most of the time, very annoying after a long hot day of sightseeing. I was travelling with friends and they had a stranger (not Staff) open there door with a card and walk in. Agra accommodation was nice (4 star) clean, comfortable and lovely staff. The difference between 4star in the above was so different to Jaipur I could only suggest offering 5 star only. Overall we all had an adventure and it was so lovely to meet Sonia her family and Staff. I Would have no hesitation in recommending TourRadar.Show more

Ricky· September 13th, 2024Our driver, Mr. Praveen, was great. He got us safely and quickly to our destinations without and problems in the crazy traffic and awful road conditions in India. Sonia, the owner of the company, was always in communication with us. Our accomodations were ok in Delhi, good in Agra but excellent in Japour. If we needed longer at one place or to take a detour to see something else it was all accommodated with a smile. The tour covered all monuments mentioned in the itinerary and the guides in the cities provided good information (if a little repetitive at times as it was a different guide for each day in our case) There are several stops at various shops/cottage industries which are not mentioned on the itinerary where you will have the 'opportunity' to purchase handicrafts/textiles etc. And the lunch stops planned were very much tourist oriented and the prices reflected that. There was plenty of spare time on the 7 day tour for us to make our own evening/dinner plans and explore independently which was appreciated. He was so attentive with our teenage son and always helpful in all our needs. Everything from airport pickup to itinerary, hotels and guides was customized for our schedule and went flawlessly. We really enjoyed the sights without worrying about logistics. Everything was planned perfectly, we (2 travelers from Europe) felt absolutely safe, in good hands and informed at all times. India surprised us at its most beautiful. Our driver Dev was always in good spirits and very kind/polite. He made sure we were always comfortable and was flexible to our travel needs. In addition, he provided great company for our long journeys between cities. Our tour guides, Mr. Vivek, Rajesh and Zubair were very knowledgeable and jolly. They had a passion for the sites which came through in their tours. They additionally accommodated our needs by ensuring we had time to rest while touring sites.
