- SHSherinna· September 12th, 2019I cannot recommend this tour because there are other companies that offer wifi service on their buses and they use headphones to hear theur guide. We could barely hear or understand our gude at times. The accomodations we've been in on this tour is dreadful. The first one was the best of the 3 we stayed in. The last 2 both looked depressing and dirty. Especially the last one, Jerusalem Gate hotel. The mattress was disgusting with large stains, I only noticed because the sheet they placed on it wasn't a fitted sheet and would come off everytime I moved. - MNMandy· June 22nd, 2019Itinerary covered all the places we wanted to see. The accommodation for tourist class was a little too far from the main city centre especially in Jerusalem (we were at Rimonim and had to take tram plus additional bus or taxi to get to and from the main centre of Jerusalem) and also Tiberias (stayed at Prima where we had to walk up and down a hill for 25 minutes to get to the seafront). We took half board option and the hotel buffet dinners provided every night was delicious and well worth the cost! Breakfast was also good. Would recommend going outside of summer time as the heat can get quite unbearable at times especially with the outdoor sites included in the itinerary. Transportation to and from sites and airport transfers were excellent. Guide was knowledgeable. Overall, good experience!Show moreTrip date: June 2019
- NATALIA· May 3rd, 2019I booked the Christian tour and was hoping will have more time to see Christian places including Russian Orthodox church, monastery area, Holy Sepulchre in more detail. However, Holy Sepulchre was moved to last day of trip and the guide said no time for all places in detail. I had to stay in Holy Sepulchre by myself getting the necessary information from the Russian tourists there but 2-3 hours were not enough to see all and I would go back if I had more days. We had a lot of time to see the Jewish heritage though on trip. I would also suggest a better choice of hotels as Seanet didn't clean the room properly for me and didn't provide shampoo, conditioner and tissues. Prima had a lot of flies in the room. Ramonim was better. I would also suggest putting single tourists in same hotel so we could cooperate in evening going to Old city together. We were all at different hotels spread out and only option was going to city by yourself taking a bus, train or taxi which not everyone was excited about.Show moreTrip date: April 2019
