- John· September 14th, 2023The tour part was fantastic and would recommend it for sure. Please drop the Sea Net from your list of Hotels. The rooms are ok but small. The real problem is with service and the meals. Not even a 1 star for breakfast. Bread out but no butter. No coffee just water and really watered down juice.Show moreTrip date: September 2023
- ACAudrey· July 6th, 2023The tour itinerary was fantastic and our guide was really knowledgeable, great delivery, flexibility, punctuality and went out of his way to add extras to give us the best experience. Despite increased tensions politically, we felt safe at all times. Buses & driver really great - provision of AC, wifi & charging points made a big difference, All hotels good (particularly The Maxim Hotel in Tel Aviv) other than The Amra Palace in Wadi Musa which was in desperate need of a refurb, working equipment (tv/fridge) and had very limited breakfast options. Would suggest this hotel is removed for future bookings. Border crossings were tricky, taking a large chunk of time in our day each time, especially our return to hotel in Tel Aviv on the way back as supported by only one bus therefore requiring multiple drop offs. This meant a 3hr+ bus journey and late return. (8:30pm). Would have worked better to split group to reduce journey time for everyone. Overall would recommend the trip - happy with communication with yourselves & CTO - the provision of updates and contact numbers really helped build confidence.Show moreTrip date: June 2023
- Tom· June 16th, 2023Click Tours is a complete fraud. The entire tour was given by some consolidated 3rd party who basically, but not entirely, followed the tour’s guidelines. Each day an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening where wasted driving around transporting people to different hotels. Their leader was a pompous, pretentious jerk who cared for no one but himself. He seemed to know Israel history but he lacked the capacity to to lead and distribute this information. This guy was nothing more than a child. In the last 10 years I have toured at least 600 days all over the world with Dragoman and Intrepid and have always been pleased. This tour was by far my worst experience. I will never rely on Tourradar again. Our business together is over.Show moreTrip date: June 2023
- Tony· May 19th, 2023Overall a very good trip and a great historic, cultural and geographical experience. Re hotel accommodation: Generally acceptable with the exception of the Metropolitan in Tel Aviv which was very disappointing. We booked ‘First Class 4 star’ hotels which we understand are not 5 star. However, in our opinion, the Metropolitan doesn’t even reach 3 stars based on international standards. Small rooms. Old, tired furniture. Exceptionally small bathrooms - smallest we have ever experienced. The room was clean, though. Tired looking hotel with basic amenities. Location close to beach but not ideal (scruffy area) Staff were efficient but not welcoming. I do not believe this Hotel is up to standard. We would entertain a refund of our upgrade price for 4 nights stay. We would not recommend this hotel. Sorry! Tony H FL USA May 2923Show moreTrip date: May 2023
- Raj· April 8th, 2023The tour guide Boise and the driver were excellent. Even the driver Rahim and Meher-Mike in Jordan were excellent. Both teams did outstanding service. The driver from Tel Aviv to Jordan border was very rude. The Hotel in Jerusalem and Amaan was very good. However the Sea Net Hotel in Tel Aviv was very bad. We had to walk with our heavy luggage as there was no bus access, the rooms were very small, no room service, no bell captain, clogged drain which flooded our room, poor staffing. This Hotel was worse than a Motel. The Hotel in Petra was beautiful but no ice, no buffet dinner, Jacuzzi was super hot that you can't even put your feet for 30 seconds. Sorry to say but after paying 4700 USD the choice of Hotels in Tel Aviv and Petra were lousy. I would be very very careful to book any tours with Tourradar due to the choice of Hotels they have for the money. I would definitely recommend other companies before booking Tourradar as you get horrible Hotels which do not even quality for 2 star for the amount of money they are charging. Otherwise the Tour guides, the tour and the buses are very good. Be very careful with Tourradar as they sub-contract with local tour companies in respective countries since we had a very bad experience in Egypt tour. We did not get what we were shown or promised. Most disappointing are the Hotels they choose in the package unless you upgrade for more money. Definitely check other companies as i will not give my money to Tourradar due to bad experience in Egypt and the Hotels in Tel Aviv and Petra.Show moreTrip date: March 2023
- Laine· March 17th, 2023Guys just book this go you will absolutely love it. The guide was better than you could ever hope for. The tour was great we saw and learned so much more than they can fit in the description. Food ranged from good to great. Hotels were great except I’d recommend you upgrade your nights in Tel Aviv. Also recommend staying for an extra day or two in the city at the end to explore. The whole trip was beyond expectations and we return home feeling very thankful.Show moreTrip date: February 2023

- Jon· November 7th, 2022BE AWARE before you book. The contracted tour guides this company uses are great, but the operator is f-ing joke. They forgot to make hotel reservations for people in our group and CONSTANTLY ran behind because their time tables were confused. They sent inaccurate and misleading information to everyone on our tour and were delayed in responding to communications. They tried to send us home four days early. Their corporate office obviously needs to do some work on their staff, before anyone on the tour gets left behind. Our driver escorting us to the Jordanian border told a person our tour it was his first time - bud the process literally took 4 hours to enter security checkpoints and emigration.Show moreTrip date: October 2022
- EBElwyn· October 21st, 2022Great itinerary, excellent guides, good transportation, timely connections, but hotels were marginal in Israel - especially Nazareth (dead roaches in the hallway, live roaches crawling on hallway walls, and roaches in bathwater). I DO NOT BELIEVE I RECEIVED THE UPGRADED HOTEL PACKAGE THAT I PAID FOR AND AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. Hotels in Jordan were excellent. SECOND advance communication was weak - nothing from Click until a week from departure. Finally - had difficulty with airport check in at airport on Israel entry requirements - called the emergency number - voice mail box was full - told to email - got a response from Honey 4 days later in the middle of the tour - REALLY LOUSEY up front service. Felt very much isolated with no tour support. CPO was outstanding - layers above them Click and Tourradar much much less so - in fact really poor. Not sure I will use Tourradar again as a result. A refund on my upgraded hotel payment would seem appropriate.Show moreTrip date: October 2022
