It had been perfectly put together with everything that my husband and I wanted for our honeymoon; we explored Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara with guide Tarimo. He was cheerful, resourceful and so knowledgeable about the animals, plants and Tanzania in general. Time spent with him seemed to fly, because he could not run out of spectacular sites to show us. The choice of lodges and tented camps for our accommodation was perfect. We were treated like royalty and spoilt silly. The wonderful staffs elevated the overall experience that we did not want the trip to end.Show more

The experience was amazing as the parks lived up to their reputation . They were packed with great animals views, some which were so special and rare, like the lions fighting off a pack of hyenas who were trying to steal their kill. We owe all most amazing sights and sounds to our awesome guide, Ephantus. He was resourceful and knowledgeable about the animals and Tanzania in general. The quality of the food and lodgings was in line with our expectations. - Moses· October 21st, 2024This trip changed our lives. We enjoyed the trip with our guide Jacob immensely. He made it special with his excellent care and expertise in guiding. We were able to go to all the parks that we wanted to see and saw a huge number of animals roaming freely in the parks. We were happy that trip took us to a mix of parks and game reserves such as Grumeti where the 4x4 would go off the road and closer to the animals for up close encounters. Staying in the luxury lodges and camps was a great choice for we got premier service at all the lodges. Our guide Joseph brought Africa alive through the excellent game drives where we saw all the big 5 plus many other animal species, visited some interesting tribes whose culture has remained unchanged for eons. We loved the accommodation spots booked in as they were simply wonderful. Their service was top class and the food really good. We fell in love with Ngorongoro Safari Lodge for the excellent location, food and really wonderful staff. - Yasmin· October 18th, 2024Arguably one of the best vacations we have had in Africa. Zara Tours had organized an amazing trip to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. We saw many different animal species including some birds that we've never seen elsewhere. There were numerous lions, particularly in Northern Serengeti where thousands of wildebeest. We also saw many lions down the Ngorongoro Crater which were just sleeping in the middle of the road. We were lucky to be accompanied by guide Shaban for he is an amazingly excellent guide and nice person to be around. The only setback was tse tse flies on the Tarangire game drives. The food and lodgings were excellent. The entire trip was well planned, taking us to all the places we wanted for a very reasonable budget. We saw so many animals in Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Lake Manyara with Serengeti being the favourite. He was attentive, kind and very skilled as a safari guide. Zara offers the highest standards to their guests, from the timely transfers in nice vehicles, particularly the Jeep to the bush was spacious, excellent and well serviced. They booked us in to great properties with first class service and excellent food. Our guide Petro was with us from the moment he picked us from Springlands Hotel to our departure. The transportation, the lodges, the food and quality of the game drives into Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Bright as our guide. He made the tour so enjoyable with his vivid narrations about each and every encounter with wildlife, the local tribes and every other sight that was interesting.
